Hacking how can I update from cIOS36_rev10 to cIOS38_rev14 ?please

Where do you have "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" on your SD card? It should be at the root directory. If you need the WAD, use NUS Downloader.

For future reference... There's no need to search for RZTP.dol or something. In NeoGamma, enable alt DOL loading from the disc and select player.dol. After the video returns to the System Menu, disable alt DOL loading and play like normal.

Getting that file wont matter unless you have a WII MOTIONPLUS which you said you dont so the game wont work anyway

My system is 3.3U and cIOS36 Rev 10, Should I upgrade with Waninkoko 4.0 and 4.1 to play WSR. Or just stay with 3.3U upadate to Rev 14 will work.

MY system is 4.1 & upgrade to rev 14 it's ok

but WSR no't work with me ok .. I llike cooking mama 1 & 2 games it's work ok
