i have an m3 simply and i am thinking of buying a slot 2 card to use for the opera browser and some gba games. however i read that the supercard has bad gba support but how bad is it?

also i would like to know if this http://www.winsunx.com/indexwii.php?mod=7 can run the patched web browser also, if it has good gba and homebrew support.

Put it this way, it has the worse GBA performance out of any flashcart ever released and that includes the first gen GBA flashcarts.

nope, the link is to ez flash iv and it does not run it, people made a hack for supercard and M3 only, but supercard works but not that good, if you have the cash then get a M3 perfect.

if you are strapped for cash then get the supercard lite since its cheaper, only M3 and Supercard have opera browser hacks right now, although ez flash iv is releasing a new gba/ram slot 2 attachement for slot 1 cards, but for right now they only support their own slot 1 card.

but anyways yes supercard is not that great for gba games, but it works and you can browser opera browser with it.

The SuperCard Lite can run most GBA games without any issues. The problem arises when you start playing a game that has a lot of action in it such as StreetFighter.

As for the Sonic series, I happen to be a big fan of all the sonic GBA games and own a copy of each of them since purchasing the SC.Lite last year. And oddly enough, I haven't noticed any speed slow-downs in this series because of the SC.Lite.

Also, I have not found any problems with any of the Mario or Pokemon GBA games. About the only real issue has been with 1-on-1 StreetFighter style games, as noted above.

Though, my biggest gripe with the SC.Lite is with it's save method... of having to press a button combo each time I want it to save - but the fact that it has a "Real Time Save" totally makes up for that! RTS gives reason to play games that do no have built-in save systems... Since SC.Lite's RTS allows me to save my progress any time I want - and not just when the game allows it.

I would have to say, I've been very happy with the SuperCard SD and SuperCard.Lite system for over a year now.

EDIT: To add a link, http://www.SuperCardStore.com

the GBA support is fine on my SC Lite. Like the above, it is annoying to have to press a combo everytime you want to save....but it's RTS, so who cares.
