Hi, I'm discovering the joys of owning a Wii in the year of 2026. Better late than never. Been playing the NTSC Virtual Console version of Star Fox 64 a bunch, and there's this annoying audio distortion that's hard to ignore throughout the game, like the audio is crackling. It's most noticable in the end credits. This video I found on youtube shows it off as well, so I know the issue isn't just on my end: (45:56 in case the timestamp doesn't work) I was surprised how nobody online seems to have discussed this over the years. Has anyone else noticed this or similar issues on other n64 VC releases? Is the cause known? Out of curiosity, I did try the PAL Lylat Wars release, and the audio was perfectly fine in that one.

You will only notice visually if you have your covers assigned. - When you launch the emulator from USB, games/art on the device will be ignored if a SD card is also inserted with the same Z-GX folder structure. SD will be prioritized. - When you launch the emulator from USB, and there is a SD card inserted without the Z-GX folder structure present, it will DSI crash. - 12 seconds pause before the game starts booting, affects build 20260811B. - Cover files do not load when you start the emulator from a USB device, yet it will load them if a SD card with the files is inserted before emulator launch. Hacking Homebrew not loading

Hey all, perhaps someone can assist.

I have the HB channel installed all good and loads perfectly, however every app sticks on loading at 0%. I have installed all correctly according to the readme i.e.

root:\boot.elf
\apps\
\N64ROMS\

etc

all apps are in their own folders and are listed on the GUI with icons as they should. I basically want to use if for WAD installer/uninstaller and I know WAD installer works as I have used it many times already to install channels with the TW hack.

Anyone know why nothing from the homebrew channel is loading?

I have Wii system 3.2E
