Homebrew Homebrew Launches, Apps Red Screen

Hi there,
I've been able to run home brew on my old 3ds and use a save manager app. This week after starting Homebrew again whenever clicking an app the bottom screen is red and it freezes.
I read online and reformatted my SD and downloaded the Homebrew starter pack. I am using the browserhax exploit.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Firstly, what hax are you using?
What game did you choose?

The game is Animal Crossing. But it's not just the save manager that freezes with the red screen.
