Hacking homebrew launcher simply doesnt lunch!!

hi!i have done excactly what the guide is telling but h.luncher doesnt lunch with sound application when i play the newill 2006 file the application freezes,closes and my 3ds restarts.any idea where is the problem?thanks

Maybe homebrew launcher isn't hungry.

Anyway, double-check and make sure all your setup files are correct.
Make sure your firmware isn't over 11.3.

i made to lunch the homebrew launcher by deleting .bin from otherapp file.But when i open safehax it says failed to read the payload with red letters!any help?
