I remember Dungeon4k. I also have a backup. After playing a few seconds I give up.
Hunters4k/T4kns: I have to get them first, but this could take an incredible amount of time...

BUT: I also noted that it doesn't run with Windows 10. There is a problem with the resolution: "Invalid display mode"
WORKAROUND: Just add any command line argument, then it will run in a very tiny window.

IIRC Java 8 works fine. Maybe you should launch it from the command line to get a better error message...

Open a cmd shell, then type:

c:\Users\user\Downloads>curl https://web.archive.org/web/20070707054707/http://www.mojang.com:80/j4k/dungeon4k/Dungeon4k.jar --output Dungeon4k.jar
c:\Users\user\Downloads>java -cp Dungeon4k.jar D xxx

The argument xxx just prevents from running in full screen, which doesn't work on newer JREs any more.
