One more thing, my wii seems to be producing weird sounds now, i mean like the sound in game and on the menu sounds a little off, any ideas?

most times weird sounds=hardware problem! Do you mean from your TV or directly from the wii?

How old is the wii? Does the wii cooler have enough space? How old is the TV? Have you tried to re-insert the wires?

BTW, i forgot which IOS's are unsafe to install, could you let me know which ones those are?

dont uninstall any IOS's below and including slot 200.

You can reinstall nearly every IOS, simply don't touch IOS20, IOS30, IOS50, IOS60, IOS70 and IOS80, these are system IOSes.
