Hacking Homebrew Channel - all apps get stuck at 0%?

I used the Wad Manager app perfectly the other day, but today whenever I start an applications, it says Loading [App Name] and gets stuck at 0% forever. I didn't do anything besides put another app on the SD card and put another wad in the wad installer's wad folder. What happened?

A very common problem. With a very easy solution: remove your GC memorycard
