There is a wad version of half life 1 that works on ipod


Stop the bullshit people:

1) the gldsrc (goldsource) engine is NOT OPENSOURCE. It's only the SDK (Software Development Kit) which is the kit used to make MODS on it. (client.dll / server.dll) You won't get anything about the engine itself. And the SDK is pretty much available for more than 10 years (i was already playing with it on 2002-2003). And since then, we still dont have a good engine rewrite. So don't hope it will help.

2) the "half-life" "counter-strike" ports you are seeing on "ipod", "psp" and other are for
- the lightests client, doom engine (idtech1) mods (like the one you are seeing on the nano)
- more powerful : mods on the quake engine (idtech2) or modified version of quake engine (to support special texture format from half-life and skeletal animations).​

So NO, you won't get half-life on 3DS (not the vanilla one). You could maybe have the doom / quake modifications as the engines are already ported by elhobbs.

But believe me, these are not even close from the original.
