Homebrew Hiyacfw help

hey newbie here hope im in the right area
Am trying to install hiyacfw on my dsi xl
i followed a guide and have unlaunch installed and my nand dump
but when it comes to using the helper i get this
Preparing HiyaCFW...
- Extracting HiyaCFW archive...
ERROR: Could not get HiyaCFW

then it downloads a hiyscfw zip file
with 3 folders is it

what am i doing wrong and what can i do to make this succesfull

yeah i did

i found something to manually do it but couldnt get the comands to work

Did the OSF Mount Tool worked ? I´ve read yesterday here that they updated it and there are issues with it.

i believe so i did have to use one version lower to get it to recognize that osfmount was installed
so its not the latest version
could that be the issue?

Maybe.

Ok,the latest Version of OSF Mount is still not working.But as @mondul mentioned he fix it in the next few days.

is that the programs problem or something iv done?

iv got twilight menu running atm for temp till i can get hiya working

have searched the net for 2days and havent found i solution
i even removed antivirus and turned off fire wall with no change

You can download TWiLight menu manually and put it on your SD Card.

Do you have the TWiLight on the SD Card now ?
Then you have to set Unlaunch to use/boot Hiya CFW.

Yes i have TWilight on the sd card and it works. I haven't tryed games as yet.

Then you have to set Unlaunch to use/boot Hiya CFW.

Hold Buttons A+B while turn on your DSi.This gets you to the Unlaunch Menu.
Go to OPTIONS and then choose for NO BUTTON SDMC:/HIYA.DSI.
Then choose SAVE & EXIT.

Thanks i tryed and got white screens but i think thats due to my sd being mg 16gb correct me if im wrong. Will hiya do anything different to unlaunch game wise?

Please turn on your DSi with pressed SELECT Button and check if Autoboot title is on/marked.

will get stiuck on white screen after it states loading and creating game save

Thats maybe not always an issue.It mostly depends on the dump.
It also occurs sometimes (white screen) and a reboot or start from the "DS surface" resolves it.
And in some cases the game simply don´t works.
Sometimes files get corrupted and we have to install all new.
SD Cards issues are usual (many brands/standards etc.)
You see theres a lot of possibilities.The great guys here are willing to help if they can.

Please remember that the Hiya CFW/nds-bootstrap/TWiLight Menu package is not as an FLASHCART with 99,99% compatibility.Thanks to this great guys

Yep you can only have 2gb space remaining so use a dummy file, the dsi can use up to 32gb btw
