If you are familiar with the PSP scene, the title installing will be pretty much the same rather than the 3DS, so no need of SDK/homebrew title managers.

How do you know that? And where do you have to paste the titles?
Oh ok. Do it transfer the .app or it just download one from cdn?
I think it just downloads the app from CDN corresponding to the DSiWare that is being transferred and just deletes the DSiWare from the DSi system. They're both packaged differently AFAIK.

Because it uses decrypted nand filesystem.

I've created a new filetype similar to the 3DS' CIA, which stands for CTR Installable Archive.

Random user: "But Robz8, there's already a filetype similar to the 3DS' CIA. It's called TAD. Why make another filetype, when we have TAD?"
Well, because the TAD filetype hasn't been fully figured out, I believe.

So anyways, the new filetype is called TIA, which stands for TWL Installable Archive!

TIA files contain the following files:
  • titleid.tik
  • title.tmd
  • ########.app
  • public.sav
  • private.sav
  • banner.sav
.tik files aren't included in TAD files.

I created TIA for easy installation, and it's confirmed to both make and install properly!
So yes, that means we can install custom DSiWare, including homebrew ones! :yaynds:

I'm so nervous for a new thread called: [RELEASE] Flipnotehax | DSi Exploit based on Flipnote Studio
Or: [RELEASE] dsibrowserhax | DSi Exploit based on Nintendo DSi Browser

I think everything will come with RocketLauncher's release, which may be perfect to setup everything from stock 1.4.5 to HiyaCFW + SRLoader setup.

So, at this rate, everything will be finished in up to a month or two, right?

So there will be an application to install the tia files on dsi right?
And is it legal to upload tia files?

It is not legal to post TIA files.
About the other question with a TIA installer application, I'll have Robz8 answer it for you.
EDIT: :ninja::ninja::ninja:

Oh, and also "0 guests and 5 members" wow
