AFAIK we need to install the modified whitelist first, then test RocketLauncher.nds to see if it works.

It is a payload for RocketLauncher, which actually, is not meant to be public before the actual release.
I've tried to remove it off every commit of hiyaCFW and SRLoader, but I tried and failed to remove it.

What I would like to know is that I heard flipnotehax/dsibrowserhax had some issue with reliability, was that fixed?
