It currently only replace the gamepad, right?
It can't be used as second player's controller? (for example, replacing the Classic pro in 2 players ZombiU games)

I don't need it, just wondering if it could be used for multiplayer.

Only gamepad for now. Hopefully in the future we'll get second controller emulation.

Can you link me the nintendont config file?
There you go:
https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont/blob/master/controllerconfigs/controller_ps2.ini

You see, I don't think that the config file is the problem here.
It's the fact that HIDtoVPAD fails to detect my controller.
I'll tell you why I think it fails, say I have a PS3 controller, HIDtoVPAD would auto detect it and know that it's a PS3 controller that was just connected, not something else, the problem here is that when I connect my controller, HIDtoVPAD fails to know that it's a PS2-like controller, just because it's not a real PS2 controller.

Long story short, auto detection is the problem.

I take it this doesn't work with Xbox 360 controller (Xinput)? It would be nice to keep my Gamepad away while playing Bayonetta, Smash or MK8

I've got a tiny problem i can't use LoadiineGX2SBetav0.2 after using HIDtoVPAD, my WiiU freeze.
I have a 5.5.1E WiiU and i use the online exploit the lunch the homebrew/app/games.
Is there any way to make it work correctly ?

I dont know what you mean exactly, but if you want to use HIDtoVPAD + loadiine, just have have start loadiine and enable it in the settings

@Maschell What would be the plausibility of an app that could take the 4 GameCube ports on the Official USB Adapter and map each one to a Wii U Pro Controller? (I say Wii U Pro instead of Classic Controller since Classic has no rumble) It feels like it would be really snobbish of me to actually request this but I figured I would at least see if it's probable or not as Wii U homebrew progresses.

Thanks for this project so far! Can't tell you how good it feels to play Mario Kart 8 with a GC controller :)

This should be possible without that much effort when you already have 4 Pro Controller. I didn't figure out how "fake connected" a controller yet, I can only overwrite the input. I you want something like that (I mean overwrite more than 1 input), I will try what I can do. Maybe I can "spoof" wiimotes into "Pro Controllers" and then replace the inputs via hidtovpad.

Nice! I hate to be that one guy that has pretty much nothing to offer but I'll definitely be willing to test builds for this :) I'll shoot you a PM

Quick update on deadzones: When I play Super Mario 64, if I hold all the way up, Mario will start running down. If I hold all the way right, Mario will start running left. :wtf: Left and down don't seem to be affected, and neither do the other 45 degree angles.

Edit: Directions affected seems to slightly vary based on which GameCube controller I use :o

ON A VERY INTERESTING SIDE NOTE GUYS, remember how the N64 virtual console has sizable input delay? Not with HID to VPAD!

Out of curiosity, I decided to try this out with my classic controller pro with the Mayflash Classic Controller adapter, but it unfortunately did not work. A real shame, as I don't have a Wiimote right now to use with my WiiU.

I'd love this too! Multiplayer would be amazing!
