I want to update my wii ofline without wifi so i need the system menu 4.1.wad (it should be wad file)

Remember the NUS Downloader, lets you download them directly from Nintendo's website. On the Wiibrew page it gives you the info you need for it.

I'm pretty sure requesting/uploading Nintendo WADs = insta-ban.

A system menu isn't a game though. Since you don't pay for the system menu, it's not considered illegal.

Lol. That is so wrong. You do pay for it anyway, by paying for the console. But the legality has noothing to do with if they charge for it or not, it's to do witrh the fact they own it and do not allow redistribution as part of there licence agreement.
