    Ummm, learn how to port forward. That IP address you gave is for your internal network - nobody can access it over the internet. If you want other people to be able to access it, you need to set up a port forward for port 8080 on your router, and give people your public IP.

    That being said, it sounds like you might not know what you're doing. Make sure you're not just opening up a proxy server on your computer that anybody can connect to and use for the internet, that can get you into trouble.

    To further clarify: you can find your public IP at https://www.whatismyip.com/ , but people might not necessarily be able to connect to that address directly, and your ISP is likely to change it anytime. That is why people pay for services like https://www.noip.com/ .
