also gtx520 and gaming pc doesn't really go well together. the gtx 520 is a low end card that gives just a little more power than the intel integrated solution but doesn't really allow a lot of headroom for pleasant gaming. (it does allow you to play games, but the graphics won't be as good as other gpu)

you should build your own.

here's an example of a base:

if you want more power and get closer to your 700$ budget,

you can change the cpu to an i5 (add 70 to 100$)
and the mobo for an intel one (add 40$ for a p67 gigabyte)

then if you want some $ headroom for an other choice of case/psu or hdd, you can always reduce the price of the gpu by picking a 6850, a 6770 or a gtx 550ti.

Yes,im trying to build my own,but freaking,they charge you for EVERYTHING.Like $110 bucks for just Windows 7.Im just looking for a pc that can run most games on medium or high,Yes i will uprgeade over time,right now i have the worst possible type of computer bullshit that had ever existed in this planet earth,that i hope rotts in hell and gets killed by the Bill gates,ok thats a little to far.Its a iMAC Hahaha.But really i just need something to run most games.Please i need help.

Im just trying to play you know,SKYRIM,Fallout:NV,Fallout 3,Mw3,BF3,You know games like on that in like medium to high settings.

I'll offer this up, OP:

Salvage the old hard drive from the computer that you're on right now, and use that in your new rig. No game REQUIRES 1TB of disk space, so unless that list of requirements you posted is just one that you yourself made up, I'd be skeptical of how exaggerated some of the other "requirements" are.

Right now, hard drive prices are waaay up. Mostly due to the flooding in Thailand.

Okay well First off Your budget does it include taxes/ shipping total expensive must be 700?

Second a 520 is not going to play any of the games u listed on medium to high settings the most important part of any gaming pc is a video card. skimping on it is unwise.

Also to play those games you do not need a Bluray drive not sure what makes u want that but its an added expense i would cut to a dvd burner and get a good pc for now.

So a basic suggestion

Depending on your personal preference i would alot around $200 to the video card.
use the hard drive from the old rig.
Buy a dvd burner instead of a bluray
and Acquire windows 7 from your old pc or in some other fashion.

Your @ 539 with board processor ram video you need a case + ps and hdd and burner and monitor Thats going to be tight but i wouldn;t want to cut back much myself otherwise your wasting your 700

You can buy a cheaper coolermaster case with a 500 watt supply for like 40-50 bucks and leave around 100 for a monitor

$200 will not only get you a video card... you need to put forth the effort to understand what it is you're doing. Even if everyone helps you, you're going to fuck it up eventually and not know what to do because you didn't bother to learn anything in the first place.

That's pretty much a good medium-build. The 9800 is about three years old, and the E7XXX series is really nice to overclock for, as long as your motherboard doesn't limit you (some people get up to 3.4 on that one with nothing to bat an eye over).

If you watch for sales you can usually pick up things for an alright price. If you don't want to understand what it is you're doing, and you want someone to hand you over a computer for $700, go on somewhere like newegg or tigerdirect and pay for a prebuilt system that's marked up in price.

People ask build advice here all the time. If you took 20 seconds of your life to look, you'd know that. You'd probably even have a vague idea what you are doing.
