Hex editors with S-jis support?

    I've been using Windhex and Crystaltile's hex editor for some time now but I'm not satisfied, is there an alternative to these two?

    Hex editors with S-jis support
    Hex workshop doesn't have support for S-Jis.

    support :

    A multi-platform text editor for windows, linux, and mac os x. It support syntax highlighting, utf-8, view hex, proportional font, bookmark. For i18n, it support utf-8, big5, s-jis, gbk.

    ive given up on translating a game. but i think i used Translhextion.
    youll need a Shift-JIS tbl file though....
