Don't Be Surprised It Took Like 6 Minutes For The Image To Load Fully,But I Downloaded A Free Speed Booster And It Multiplied My download Speed by 3 times,now i have 12 kb per second

OT: i feel your pain (kinda)

When i was on a holiday, i went to a internet cafe that had a sign saiding "professional computers with high speed internet". I go inside, ask the person what the exact speed is, and he told me.... "7 kb/s"

worst part is, it had the fastest internet in the whole area
