Gaming help with wfc game files

ok i got a copy of my friend hard drive he had wii flow and the art cover is in a seprate file and the games were in a cache file but there all wfc files could you ponit me to a guide on how to install thes and paly them or how to reconvert them int iso files or a guide on how to play them on my hard drive using wii flow thanks in advance
