No offense but there are 1000's of kids running away daily world wide.
So there is no need to start a thread about it here on a gaming related website.
Many children that run away in third world countries or developing countries can end up in child prostitution or child labor camps or worse get murdered.
The only good thing is to contact the police and hope for the best like Junkerde said.
