Ok so I've been around with USB-Loaders and stuff for some time.
But the only game so far i cant play at all is Rock Band 2.
I have a PAL wii and i got the NTSC Rock band 2.
It keeps on the loading screen forever for me ( let it on for 3+ hours once)
Now first when i't didnt work i thought it was because i had Cios rev10 instead of 11.
But now i updated to rev11, and yet its still not working.
Anyone has a clue how i can solve this ?

I would really really appreciate your help

Use USB Loader GX and try changing the Force mode. Try to load it with these either of these 2 settings and see what happens:
System Default or Game Default or try the Vidpatch.

If you've downloaded the 600mb scrub, it's a fake one that doesn't work.

Does everything else work?.
Is the game same region as your Wii.
Maybe it's non compatible. I have a couple of US ISO's and for love or money they won't run on my PAL Wii.
I did see tho that this NTSC game will not run on a PAL Wii via any USB Loader only by DVD. Maybe this don't apply to you if you are NTSC already.

I have the same setup, PAL machine NTSC RB2. I force video mode in Ultimate Loader and it works fine, else i get green screen. I have the RB Launcher/Soft Chip installed and some (cant remember what) CIOSCORP IOS's that GH/RB use from before USB Loaders were about, dont know if this makes a difference tho?

crez , im gonna try that. but even weirder now is. i yesterday "got" the Gh:metallica (NTSC) iso on my harddrive and BAM, its playing PERFECTLY, without freezes. That's gotta be even more odd. Because I heard if GH:WT/GH:M work on your usb loader Rock Band 2 should be working fine too, yet it is not =/

@SylverReZ, I dislike the kind of drm where you have to play single player games online all the time bc of some verification bs

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

@SylverReZ, i think they have been doing that since late 2000s

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
