Hacking Help on 4.2 rev 14

im trying to install the rev 14 on my second wii (the one with 4.2 on it) but for some reason my wii remote shuts down when i try to press the A button....am i missing here somthing?

what IOS are you choosing to install it with

When you update to 4.2 using Nintendo's Update, you get IOS249 overwritten with a stub. Use IOS250 (only existant if you had cIOS rev10+) for installation instead.

If it doesn't exist start over with TBR.
