I want to buy a new cheap flashcart for 3ds v6.2
Any site shipping to worlwide
and accepting bank transfer payment
and also wanted to know if the new r4sdhc dual core is any good ?

You haven't explained what type of flashcard do you want, do you want a DS flashcard that plays DS games only, or a 3DS flashcard that plays 3DS games only?

The best one right now for the 3DS (and every other DS console) and works with any version is the Supercard DSTWO.
That one plays DS games only.

Never tried that one, it seems to work with your 3DS version and it seems to be cheap, buy it if that's what you prefer, but R4 is a bit stingy with updates, thus I said if you wanna waste a little more, get Supercard DSTWO.

No one should recommend R4i SDHC, or R4i Silver, or R4i Dual Core. R4i Gold from r4ids.cn is the best "R4i". The best flashcard is the Supercard DSTwo!

I think the best is R4i gold 3ds which support 3ds v6.2.0-12 directly.

The R4i SDHC Dual-core is very good too. It support 3ds V6.2.0 but i recommend R4i Gold 3DS.It's more stable.
(PS: i have bought a Gateway 3ds from here. excellent!)

Don't buy R4-SDHC. They're well-known for dropping support every few months, making people buy new carts over and over to keep getting updates.

r4i gold 3ds can support now already 6.3 directly. I must say that r4i gold 3ds is a good choice.
