I want to buy a new cheap flashcart for 3ds v6.2
Any site shipping to worlwide
and accepting bank transfer payment
and also wanted to know if the new r4sdhc dual core is any good ?

You haven't explained what type of flashcard do you want, do you want a DS flashcard that plays DS games only, or a 3DS flashcard that plays 3DS games only?

I think the best is R4i gold 3ds which support 3ds v6.2.0-12 directly.

The R4i SDHC Dual-core is very good too. It support 3ds V6.2.0 but i recommend R4i Gold 3DS.It's more stable.
(PS: i have bought a Gateway 3ds from here. excellent!)

do we have to update the card by patch or does it come updated
i don't have another dsl/i

Em, better not post reseller site, but I have bought this R4i-gold card in modchipsupplier.com You may check this, but shoptemp is a better place to find what you want
