Wanted to thank you properly, because this one made the platform better beyond the app itself. Getting it working meant finishing real runtime features, the video element, seeking, local network access, and those now exist for every future app because you asked for this one!

What shipped: Auto quality by default (smooth 720p60 on the Switch, even from heavier sources), forced quality from 480p30 up to 1080p or source, audio and subtitle track selection, chapters, aspect ratio, crop and zoom, 10 second skips, and a stats overlay on the video that shows exactly what the stream is doing. The same app also runs on PC and mobile, so your library follows you around.

Now the favor: point it at your own server and try to break it. Your library has codecs, containers and subtitle formats mine does not, and that is exactly what finds the real issues. Post whatever misbehaves here or on the idea and it goes straight on the fix list.

Edit: "One thing I forgot: the client needs Brewser v0.1.120 or newer. Open Brewser and hit Check for updates, or tap the update toast when it pops up, then run the app."
