If you cheated the Pokémon directly into the save, you bypassed the checks and balances that PokeBank would normally have. Still wouldn't be able to migrate them into Home however. As for getting around the system using cheats, I'm not comfortable listing what can and can't be done to bypass the measures. They are in place for a reason, and I already don't support the blatantly busted / cheated online space.
Another question to transfer pokemons from heartgold, do I need a genuine pokemon black cartridge to move old gen pokemons to poke transport & then to bank & then to home or is there a bypass for it?

To migrate Pokémon from the fourth generation into the fifth generation, you need an official copy of Pokémon: Black, White, Black 2, or White 2 for such transfers to work. Otherwise, the only other option you have is migrating to the fifth generation save directly, via save editing software. Once PokeBank services end, PokeTransporter effectively becomes paperweight, as stated in the main thread post. Which means, all legitimate methods to migrate Pokémon from fifth generation to the sixth or seventh generation will be lost. Your only method will be save editing based migrations. You will be limited to the seventh generation going this route though. Pokémon Home requires PokeBank to commit legitimate migrations, and ear-tagging within the services. Once you migrate up to the seventh generation, it's basically game over, end of the line, etc.. Even if you were to directly migrate from seventh generation into eighth onwards, directly via save editing, the company can still detect oddities when you use the Home service. So basically, you might as well give up once the services end, you won't beat the system properly.
