There is some info here on what you should do to fix a full brick: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Brick
Then, frankly, your only option is to use a NAND programmer such as an Infectus to restore a NAND backup. You need to have expertise soldering skills and plenty of magnification to solder to the tiny points. Alternatively, just buy another Wii console for cheap.he doesn't own a gamecube controller.

That's what I was thinking. Removing IOSes is very risky, only reason you'd be doing this is probably to downgrade the system menu to an older version (i.e. utilising old modchips such as the WiiKey or D2Ckey).Out of curiosity, why was he deleting IOS80 in the first place?
Modchips are almost never used in Wii homebrew nowadays, and from what I can see almost if not all of them aren't being produced anymore. That's what I was thinking. True, they can be pretty hard to find too. I use a SunKey Lite in my Wii for playing ROM hacks and imported games, and as an additional protection for my Wii in case it gets permanently bricked.Modchips are almost never used in Wii homebrew nowadays, and from what I can see almost if not all of them aren't being produced anymore.
