there was a game that i've played a long ago, but there was this boy, i don't know but he had brown hair and a Red shirt(i don't quite remember), and i remember this game had some point n click mecanics, and we start at some kind of basement or steampunk room
it reminded me a little bit of pinocchio for some reason, i guess it had some elements

i can't remember many informations so i'm sorry

In my opinion, you're talking about a game, not for GBA, but for SNES; "Wonder Project J: Kikai no Shonen Pino", which features a modern day "Pinocchio" and is primarily a point and click adventure game.

YES!! IT IS.
thank you, i was searching for this game for a long time
If you like this game, you'll like "Wonder Project J2" (the second episode available on N64) even more.
They are 2 unique titles in their genre and still unmatched, and both translated into english by the fans.
