AutoRCM put the unit into RCM mode automatically, so no needs of the jig. You still need a payload dongle, phone or computer to push a payload, payload dongle is probably more convenient for some people if they are away from a computer.

How much did you pay for your RCM loader? I can't find one for 5$ like others suggest on the internet. It's either 10 on Ali or 20 on amazon.
Are the payloads included in the guide that gentleman posted earlier? I don't know why every time I need to update my switches cfw I always forget parts of how I got there. I feel it may be a better idea to upgrade my cfw first. Is atmosphere still the meta?
Payload can be found in Atmosphere and Hekate respectful github, the real one you can update the payload, and the fake one can't according to The Real Jdbye
Haku33 would probably make things worse, anything that wipes logs comes with its own ban risk. If you didn't install any nsps on sysNAND the risk is already very low. Fake news probably won't get you banned.
Are you referring to the dongle? I just purchased one on Ali. For now I just want to update my emunands firmware to the latest. So my first step would be to update atmosphere to the latest version, and how would I go about updating my emunand? From my memory, there was an app that you would download to update the emunand.

I am not seeing a link for firmware files on the guide you posted. I found a website on google "Darth" that has the firmware. Any idea on how to proceed? I planned on using Daybreak to update and I am going to keep my switch sysnand on 4.x until my dongle arrives.

Do not forget to upgrade the sigpatches, Atmosphère and Hekate BEFORE upgrade firmware.
And also do not forget to remove any installed theme or sysmodule before upgrade, and then install new versions when all works updated. in other words backup and remove your SD:\atmosphere\contents folder

I am not seeing the hash for 15.0.1. I see 15.0.1 on dart, but it has no hash information. Is it still safe to update? I appreciate you letting me know that I have to delete my atmosphere contents folder. I was planning on using the all in one autoupdater as shown on the guide you sent.
Yes, they are safe.
use the PC method rather than the AIO method to do your updates…at least until you fully understand all the steps and can recover things yourself should something go sideways.
