Hacking [HELP] Error trying to update EMUnand

I have tried different ways to update emunand (systems settings, BBM, sysUpdater) and every time it fails with the error that says you should turn off the device, it breaks the emunand, and just noticed 0004013000003502.cia is the main suspect. Can anyone help me?
Edit: So I was wondering if not installing the cias that cause trouble could work, I'm afraid would have frankenfirmware doing this...

but what is the console you are trying to update ...i mean old or new 3ds ?
