Hacking [Help] cannot use save data because it was not the last data saved problem

i just got this problen on 2 of my eshop legit game...
SSB and ACNL

what happen is
- i set up emunand
- back up my the whole sd on pc
- played this 2 games

i want to go to my old save thats why:
- i copy the backuped files on my pc to sd replacing the new save files with the old ones.
- started this 2 games
- and the error "cannot use save data because it was not the last data saved" appears and ask me to delete to start a new game.

is there a way to load again the old saves rather than start a new game? thanks...
