Hi

I'm trying to start creating homebrew.

To get started i get what i need from the "get started" page.
I built a helloworld example and it seems everything worked

the build created .3dsx, .smdh and .elf files.

I added files in the "3ds" folder of the SD card, next to the other homebrew, but in the homebrew launched there is no sign of this helloworld homebrew

did i miss something ? (i used ftbrony to copy files to SD card)

god that's probably that.
I have just written random helloworld stuff on the folder name

Edit : it didn't work better :hateit:

i'll try another example just in case
Edit : the other example works

I don't know what is wrong with the previous example

Now it's time to learn CPP again because i didn't practice since i discovered java and c# :toot:

the structure should be this
boot.3dsx
3ds/helloworld/helloworld.3dsx
3ds/helloworld/helloworld.smdh

the build has the name "hello-world.3dsx"

"-" i'll try without this.

Edit : I'm dumb, the other example has "-" in its name too but it works -____-
