Homebrew Help booting browserhax or any hax with Firmware 9.5 with old browser version (1.7455)

Ok so here is my situation....
I was given an old 3ds with firmware 2.1 on it. I could not get anything to run on it. It wouldn't boot rxtools and browserhax wouldn't work.
I was told that supersmashbros cart would update me to 9.2 so I borrowed it from a friend and used that to update but it actually put me on 9.5 so now I need to downgrade to run CFW.

My problem is the cart update did not update my browser so I am on 9.5 with an old ass browser from 2.1, 1.7455 to be specific. I read on the browserhax website that it works with 1.7455 but it says it works with 1.7455 on firmware 2.0 -3.0.

Im assuming the only way for me to update the browser without hax is by upgrading to the newest firmware 10.7 or whatever and as far as i Know 10.7 has no hax.

I dont have access to ninjahax or OOT and i was just borrowing the smash brothers cart from a friend who is now out of town although i do have a copy of smashbros installed via legit cia on another 3ds but i assume thats not gonna be helpful.

Am i screwed? When i try to run browserhax via http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php it gives me an error message saying "an error has occurred please save your data" and FC's the browser.
When i was on 2.1 and tried it, it just froze my 3ds.
So tl;dr with my current setup is there any way for me to run hax?
Any way to upgrade my browser version or get it to run on my current setup?
Is tubehax completely dead? Not that i have youtube anyways

You should have tried to get your otp at least.

You have a 9.5 (so cfw will not work) with a 2.1 browser (so no homebrew) and a new update that patches the downgrade just apeared not much ago (we don't know if it will return or will be patched forever)... So no much to do for now.

The only thing would be using oothax or ninjhax to downgrade

Yes I thought about trying for the OTP but it seemed like a lot of work and I only had the cart i was borrowing for a little while and was afraid i would get stuck. And remember i had thought the cart was gonna put me on 9.2. I am well aware that 9.5 does not support CFW. I actually successfully downgraded my other 3ds which is a new3dsxl. I have cfw on that now so i was wondering....

Could i download a cia of OOT and on my n3ds and use that as an entrypoint or do you need the actual cart?

Also what do you mean by a downgrade patch?
You mean for FW 11 and up right? I was expecting that.
Anyways so you are confirming that there is no way for me to use browserhax with my current set up right?

@Margen67 wtf are you talking about did you even read my post?
the only thing i said was a lot of work was smashhax and that sure as hell does not entail copying a few files to my sd card and entering a URL. you must be thinking of browserhax.
I know how to use browserhax, if you had read my thread you would have seen that browserhax will not work for me even on 9.5 as my browser is outdated.

Would it even be possible for me to run smashhax? I assume that would have to be run from the old3ds as well and again i only have smashbrothers as a CIA file and installing the demo is a no go as i have no access to the nintendo store or whatever its called.

At this point i believe my only option is to buy a physical copy of OOT or ninjahax as im pretty sure having the OOT on my new3ds will not do my old3ds any good seeing as I have to run OOT on the old3ds which has no CFW to trigger OOTHAX. I have an amazon gift card right now and there is a 20 dollar download code for OOT but im assuming that in order to use that i would need access to the nintendo store and in order to gain that access i would be required to update to 11 which is obvs not gonna happen. So yeah...i guess im gonna have to buy an OOT cart. If anybody has any other ideas let me know. Im about to drop 20 dollars soon so if you find an alternative method for me i will split the difference AND PAYPAL YOU 10 DOLLARS!!!

TLDR;

1. Have o3ds on fw 9.5 that i want to install menuhax on.
2. Have outdated browser that will not run browserhax
3. Have no physical copy of smash bros or OOT but i do have a New3ds with rxtools on 9.2 that can run CIA's of OOT or smash bros.
4. Doubt that matters as i wont be able to trigger hax on the o3ds with no CFW.
5. About to give up and buy a physical copy of OOT even though i have an amazon gift card because i wouldnt be able to use a download code for lack of access to eshop without updating to 11.
6. I will paypal you 10 dollars if you can think of a way to help me install menuhax without having to buy OOT.
