oops im sorry it looks you are on europe region so you will need to buy some dsiware. the cheapest one costs 2 dollars

the secondary exploits like steelhax dont work after installing cfw in your case boot9strap. try going to an app you dont use like download play or parental controls or security and that crap. then when the app is fully loaded click L+dpad Down+select to enter the rosalina menu. then with the dpad go to mischellaneous options and select switch hbl to current title. then exit the app and open it again. tadaa. there you have your new hbl

please dont do that! From that new hbl launch FBI and install this cia and then you can switch the hbl to that title. just please dont switch the hbl to the actual home menu

that cia is just a wrapper for you to inject the rosalina hbl to it and wont boot the hbl just because you installed it
