Hacking Having issues with Resident evil archives

Decided to get resident evil arvhives: Resident evil, and now i cant get it to work. its a pal version and my wii is NTSC. Whenever i start it up with system default under video (CFGUSBLoader), i get a black screen when booting, and i have to hard shutdown my wii. Was this always a problem game, and if so is there a fix? Thanks.

    I also haven't beaten FO4 yet despite being >200 hours into a single playthrough. I got stuck in sidequest and citybuilding hell. At this point I'll probably just re-roll a survival playthrough

    Read the reviews and it doesn't seem all that sunshine and rainbows; rather, a buggy mess considering it's an early beta. I was expecting this to be another Piratefi situation lol.

    @bowlerhat, bad in the sense that I never finished it, but good in the sense that I had fun getting as far as I got before I tabled the game

    204 hours into the game, I got as far as meeting Valentine in Diamond City as far as the main story is concerned. I sidequested a ton and spent a lot of time on citybuilding. And this was all at launch, before there was even any DLC yet. So that's all a mystery to me

    @bowlerhat, agreed, and I also dislike how generic/basic the dialogue system is compared to FO3. But, it is what it is. I still enjoyed it despite all that
