Hacking Having issues with Resident evil archives

Decided to get resident evil arvhives: Resident evil, and now i cant get it to work. its a pal version and my wii is NTSC. Whenever i start it up with system default under video (CFGUSBLoader), i get a black screen when booting, and i have to hard shutdown my wii. Was this always a problem game, and if so is there a fix? Thanks.

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.

    It can act as a swap drive but that isn't more RAM, it's slooow.
