The issue is odd and only happens on my 1.0 Xbox and not my xbox 1.6 when in the dashboard with a display at 480i there is a banding affect as if there is noise in the signal and audio will start to fade as the bands fade but the moment it switches over to 480p or higher they just disappear and audio is fine as well.
The issue is just me being curious why this could be happening cable has been working for other xbox's. Checked the solder points on the board and the video port they are still strong and the RF shield is still installed and not bumping into the connector. The box looks to be softmodded and not chipped got it off ebay.
