ROM Hack Have you been banned from Pokemon Sun/Moon since release?

Just trying to sort some issues out with some people asking the questions about if any .cia is safe, in a very detailed poll. heard a lot of questions asking if region-free and region-locked .cias would still work online without being banned. Thought I'd stick a poll up and see which one would be safer (also if you already know, then it'd be really appreciated if you posted an answer)

all of the cia versions of SuMo are region free, so that last option is redundant

EDIT: the CIA conversion ones might be iffy, might want to stay away just to be safe

yes I've been playing with the leaked versions of both sun and Moon with no issues
