Hacking Have a JPN 3ds with 4.3.0-0j Installed, how can I install the browswer?

Without updating of course. I have 3dsNUS, but Not good enough at navigating 3dbrew to find the full title ID and version number I need. Any help would be appreciated.

Not looking for the full update, just the browser. I'm selling the system soon, and more than likely the new owner won't own a ds flashcard. If they accidentally uninstall MSET, they can't use the browser, as this was updated via cart from 1.0
