Happy new year and all but the cynic within me wonders that as it is now holiday season whether some interesting flash cart developments will happen (they usually do around now).

well it has been the year of the pig/boar since jan 1st here in japan. thanks to the meiji restoration making the lunar new year commence on the jan 1st rather then worry about the moon. lol as if the moon is important in a lunar new year

PineappleH: Its called Lunar New Year jerk. I'm pretty sure you don't Happy American New Year on Jan. 1st Why would you go around saying Happy Chinese New Year; are you implying that only Chinese celebrate/own Lunar New Year? Or is it that you're just an ignorant fool.

    I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version

I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!
