happy new year, although they didn't stress on the year of the pig because, it is considered a sacred animal in aboriginal groups in China.

Happy new year and all but the cynic within me wonders that as it is now holiday season whether some interesting flash cart developments will happen (they usually do around now).

well it has been the year of the pig/boar since jan 1st here in japan. thanks to the meiji restoration making the lunar new year commence on the jan 1st rather then worry about the moon. lol as if the moon is important in a lunar new year [IMG] anyway hope all the chinese enjoy the festivities and red envelopes [IMG]

PineappleH: Its called Lunar New Year jerk. I'm pretty sure you don't Happy American New Year on Jan. 1st Why would you go around saying Happy Chinese New Year; are you implying that only Chinese celebrate/own Lunar New Year? Or is it that you're just an ignorant fool.
