Hacking hacking a friend's 3ds, got to the downgraded part

So, I just downgraded, and I went to the WiFi to add it and then afterwards put in the URL for the glitch or whatnot, then I tried to get off the settings from the WiFi and it's just a black screen, I shut it off and I turn it on, black screen. What do I do? is it Bricked?

So, you set up wifi and when exiting from System Settings, you got a black screen? (I'm a little confused about where you are, just guessing) Try booting the 3ds without the SD card in it if you haven't.

What firmware was it running? If the NFIRM is downgraded on 10.3, it won't.
