Homebrew hacking a dsi

i was wondering how to install the code manager on windows 7, it always says no card found and my computer wont install the drivers for the usb port

i hacked my wii with homebrew and i was wondering if there was something similar to action replay/ hombrew cheating apps for the dsi ....

You can't run ROMs with an action replay, you need a flash cart, and flash carts have the native ability to use codes.

If your goal is to run ROMs and use cheat codes on them, return the action replay (just let them know it doesn't work on your computer) and look into getting a flash cart.
