Hacking GW Exiting MH4U or Super Smash Bros (CIA) returns to SYSNand

Title. Can I stop this? I don't feel like loading up Gateway every single time I exit one of these games, especially if I don't have an internet connection available.

It is normal, and you can't do anything with this.

I think if you select Miiverse instead of "close" you can stay in emunand.

edit: It's a limitation of the games since they use an abnormally large amount of memory

Other options include opening Health and Safety Info, then exiting, or using AlbertoSONIC's Quick Rebooter (hold L or it does a hard reboot to sysNAND, http://gbatemp.net/threads/homebrew-quick-reboot-cfw-gateway-ninjhax.379101/), if you don't like mine.
