You upload it on a ROM Website. You can do it on torrents, but most torrents when its released, 10minutes pass and its already uploaded.

EU1 version is M4 and has an altered songlist
EU2 version is english, and the same as US except for it's inability to link up with the US version
US version can't link up with EU versions.

Might be a daft question but ive downloaded this and i need to plug in an adaptor so how are you meant to play it? (and dont say buy the origonal!)

uhm, buy a grip of some guy who lost his gamecard.
or use the grip cheats from the gbatemp cheatdatabase.
or use the buttonhack.
