I thought it was just about old people stuff with no humor, but when I watched it, it was actually pretty funny

Other great "old people" shows are Keeping Up Appearances and Fawlty Towers.
Can't recommend those enough, almost in the same vain as Mr. Bean.

They still show the show on two channels I know of.
Yes, they're all dead except for Betty White, I believe. I don't watch her show on TVLand though. I don't know if it's good or not
