Homebrew Going to menu from launcher freezes system, how to fix?

Hello!

Ive been trying to upgrade to 11.1 using stickerhax to get into the eshop, download steelhax and go from there, but everytime I try to get back to the menu after running ctwhttpftw my system freezes.. any tips?

Running a n3ds xl, europe on 11.0.0.3 and had menu hax installed previously.
