Although these are advertised as a diabetic friendly drink I'm not diabetic (knock on wood) I got this at a pretty good deal, free so thought why not try it. It's creamy and milky no real disgusting after taste how like alot of these use to be. Also packed with alot of vitamins these could just be a good drink to anyone looking for a intake on more vitamin ls. Expensive percase $15 for a 6ct there are other better ways. This is good however for people following doctor orders or perhaps elderly that have a hard time with other sources of foods. Everyone is different. 3/5

Blame the fda I was looking forward to figuring out if it was the caffeine or alcohol that put me into the afterlife.
