Quick question I got a few Sega CD ROMs but music isn't playing in backgrounds of the games any advice?
Sega CD games tend to have CD audio, so you need to be sure to rip them from your discs along with the data, so you can enjoy the music in the emulator.

Is there a way or emu to play 32x games? As gens goes to play it but just shows licensed by Sega when game is chosen

If you install Windows 98 lite + Kega Fusion you can play SEGA 32x games in your Wii :

To anybody who says you can't emulate 32x on the wii, this is an emulator running within an emulator on the wii and it seems to run just fine. So, I'll just hold my breath now until 32x support shows up in Genesis Plus.

...Damn, that's so ridiculously convoluted it's actually great.

Wii running Windows 98 running Gens running Sega 32x. And it seems to work fine (Probably we won't notice framedrops if it has because we're seeing a recording, but whatever).

I would bet this is a fake, considering:

1) running a very simple applictaion like Paint on Windows98 through DosBoxWii takes many seconds to load while in this video Fusion loads pretty much instantly

2) the loaded 32x game seems to run fullspeed (sound is perfect without skipping) while you need at least a 700Mhz X86 CPU emulated for full speed 32x with Fusion which is on par with Wii CPU speed

Nobody has ever said 32x support can't be done. It's just that it's considered very difficult or time consuming by DEVs to implement it and nobody has taken it up yet. That's a 32x emulator running within an emulator that's emulating Windows 98. I've ran Windows 98 on the Wii before and it can take soo long to boot just into Windows that using that to play 32x games would be a waste of time when 99% of the people more than likely have a laptop/PC sitting nearby.

Anyway

Is it posible to implement sicksaxis support into this to be able to use a DualShock 3 controller?
