Hacking GC backup not playable

I am using PSO/BBA/GCOS on GC to backup the orginal disc, the image file are 1.35G but they cant play at all. No matter I burn them into a DVD or using disc server to stream it back to GC. I tried GCMUtility 0.5 and fstfix both recongize the title of the game but it just hang while making the clean image and the clean image is about 4GB

I tried to burn a image downloaded from internet into a disc and it play no problem, so burning the disc is not an issue.

Is the image dumped by this method need to do something before it can be burn into disc or stream it back to GC to play?
